Junior starter Jennifer Smith stays on her feet for 46 hours to help raise funds for the Four Diamonds!

Junior Jennifer Smith not only has a solid serve but also a tenacious heart. Jen, an outgoing Penn State Worthington Scranton Human Development and Family Studies major, joined thousands of Penn Staters last month in the Bryce Jordan Center in University Park to stand for 46-hours at the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, THON. Jen, one of the two campus' THON dances, worked with PSWS Thon committee year round to raise $6,800 for the Four Diamonds Fund for children with cancer. Jen stood strong with dancers, families, students, moralers and with Penn State by her side as THON raised a record breaking $12, 374, 034! Congratulations Jen we are all so proud of you here in athletics!
