Lady Lions Roar At PSU Schuylkill, Win 3-1

After last weeks tough loss against PSU Hazelton the women's volleyball team was ready to get back in the game.  At 1-2 before the match began the ladies knew that their close games could be wins, it was their time.  So with motivational vidoes and good luck messages highlighting their facebook page they headed out on the road, bringing their game.  

At PSU Schuylkill it started off close with Schuylkill inching past PSWS in the first set 27-25.  Then newcommer Alyssa Strausser, 24, had 18 service aces to help push Scranton ahead in the next three sets winning  25-14, 25-14, 24-16. Beth Yuschovitz added 13 service aces.

The Lady Lions will be hosting Penn State York and Penn State Mont Alto on Saturday October 6 at 12pm. Come out and show your support!!
